Leeks grown in Turkey and harvested fresh are dried in sterile facilities, chopped into desired sizes and packaged under appropriate conditions. The European countries that prefer dried leeks the most are Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and Bulgaria.
Dried Carrot
According to 2018 data, Turkey ranks 8th in the world carrot production with a production of 644.367 tons and a share of 1.61%. The world’s largest carrot producing country is China. It is followed by Uzbekistan with a share of 5.46 and Russia with a share of 3.52%, respectively.
